Type 1 type 2 gestation what ever be the name of it, the Diabetes is a growing trend and disorder...
It haunts every one in the family to see a young one affected by this disorder. However i just discovered that DIABETES can bring out so many positive changes in a person.
Early to bed and early to wake up
Healthy walking
Healthy Breathing
Healthy food habits
Concious diet
system in life
and a feel good factor that you are indeed able to control some DISORDER in you...(Well not all disorders could be controlled)
Wake up Diabetes is just a good friend rather a GOOD critic of a life time :)
Now few tips:
1. Soak 2 ladies fingers in a glass of water the previous night and drink it next morning in empty stomach
2. Cinnamon powder: Boil in water the previous night and let it settle over night. Complement and drink with butter milk or just filtered plain Cinnamom Juice
3. Walk walk walk walk walk
4. Dont take stress
5. Take a healthy fat dog for a walk...:P
6. Always eat less rice..switch to Brown raw rice
7. Fill your stomach with veggies before lunch dinner and then have some rice to just get the taste
8. Butter milk a safe way to keep away greed to eat

Pizza Corner - Its just not the pizza which is at the corner
A lovely drizzling afternoon,
a great little gang of friends - CENTR TABLE
The same lovely drizzling afternoon
A lovely little pair across the window corner - CORNER TABLE
2 pairs fo eyes sharing smiles above the table and exchanging hearts behind the smiles..trying to focus on the menu and invain
trying to focus on his eyes and lost
trying to coin words and a ruthless silence
some times silence shares a lot more than words. an hour of shouting and talking in table 1 could not distract them, but their silence distracted and disturbed many in the gang..
suddenly the table 1 is so silent...pairs of eyes and hearts of gang lost in their own past..Some day same corner same pizza same state with a different person..and lingering in one corner just as a memory...
SWEET or SOUR but the memory lasts...
the pair left the PC smiling...lost in the present
and the gang left the PC smiling ...lost in the past
I learnt, a love SCAR is deeper than a LIFE SCAR...
