Diabetes is a disorder Not the diabetic

Type 1 type 2 gestation what ever be the name of it, the Diabetes is a growing trend and disorder...

It haunts every one in the family to see a young one affected by this disorder. However i just discovered that DIABETES can bring out so many positive changes in a person.

Early to bed and early to wake up
Healthy walking
Healthy Breathing
Healthy food habits
Concious diet
system in life
and a feel good factor that you are indeed able to control some DISORDER in you...(Well not all disorders could be controlled)

Wake up Diabetes is just a good friend rather a GOOD critic of a life time :)



Now few tips:
1. Soak 2 ladies fingers in a glass of water the previous night and drink it next morning in empty stomach
2. Cinnamon powder: Boil in water the previous night and let it settle over night. Complement and drink with butter milk or just filtered plain Cinnamom Juice
3. Walk walk walk walk walk
4. Dont take stress
5. Take a healthy fat dog for a walk...:P
6. Always eat less rice..switch to Brown raw rice
7. Fill your stomach with veggies before lunch dinner and then have some rice to just get the taste
8. Butter milk a safe way to keep away greed to eat
